"I have to tell you air ride is a MUST for long hauls. I can’t thank you enough for the details and education you gave me to help me decide on STI. After retro-fitting our trailer with STI Air Suspensions, we made several trips to Florida (11 hours one way) and our long trip to Oklahoma City (22 hours one way).

My horse is an older horse with soundness issues. I have spent quite a bit of money maintaining him so that he is sound enough to show and do well. The STI system originally sounded like the system to use to allow him to step off the trailer after a long ride and be able to better perform at the show. This came true. Our longest drive was to the NRHA (National Reining Horse Association) Futurity and Championship Show in late November through early December 2007. We qualified for the 2007 NRHA Rookie of the Year Finals, and hauled the 22 hour one way trip to show in the finals. Before the STI system, my horse would get off the trailer stiff and tired. When he stepped off the trailer after two days he was not stiff and tired. I was amazed! We showed and did really well, placing 2nd in the NRHA Rookie of the Year Finals. I would recommend this system to everyone who hauls more than casual miles to a horse show. Not only do our horses ride better, but it gives us a better ride in our truck. It has taken some of the bumps out of the road!

Before we installed the STI system my husband rode in the back of the trailer for a comparison ride. He bounced off the floor over a bridge overpass and really had to hold on during the trip. After installing the STI system, he once again rode in the back over the same road, and he had to look out the window to see if we’d driven over the bridge overpass, of which we had. He said on a scale of 1 to 10, the trailer rode a 1 before and a 9 or even a 10 after putting the STI Air Suspension on. Now that’s a difference!!!

Colfax Trailer, Colfax, NC did a great job installing the STI system, and taught me how to use the system (although it is a simple system). I took it back after about 500 miles and they checked the system to make sure everything was still tight and correct, which was the case. They’ve been just wonderful to work with!
